Explain what is going to happen when the Verification Department calls back.
After you complete the Check List, it is important that you!!!
1. Celebrate with the Customer!!! They have received a great deal and you want them to make the most of their service and Bonuses. Make sure they use their Holiday or Share it with their loved ones, Also make the most of the Value add services. EG you never have to worry about calling XXXX again, They can even let their friends use their phone for the free calls.
2. Explain what is about to happen . Well from here you will be called from someone from our verification department that will go over all the information that I have explained to you. They will also ask if it is ok to record the conversation as we do not require a signature to complete you application. If you have any additional questions, They will be more than happy to help you. It won't take any more than a few more minutes and then you can get back to your day.
3. AND ALWAYS, THANK THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR BUSINESS, AND LET THEM KNOW WE WOULD LOVE TO HELP THEM ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE. ( They have helped you receive a Healthy Commission, so appreciate their time)
