If you are successful with your application and are issued a starting date. It is compulsory that you complete 2 weeks training including practical calls. Failure to complete will result in instant termination.

• All trainee's are given a Php 300 per day training allowance. As skills are acknowledged and goals are completed, Training allowance will increase to Php 400 then Php 500 per day.

• Once you reach Probation level, Salary will be offered for Php 12000 per mth.

• Once you reach Regularized level, Salary will be offered for Php 15000 to 17000 per mth. 

• Other incentives include Daily incentives of up to Php 500 per day.

• Weekly incentives of up to Php 1000 per week. Monthly Incentives of up to Php 5000 per mth.

• Note: Top level employee's earn 25000 to 40,000 per mth.
