Page 1 “Personal Details”

 

  • Listen to the customer and if unsure “Make the Customer Spell the words”.

  • The Phone number entered is the number you dialed, Not their home phone number. If home contact number is different, add it to notes.

  • The application Form is smarter than you “So listen to it” It stops your mistakes.

  • When you put the Phone number in, “Did you get a “Green Tick” or “Red Cross”.

  • If you get a “Red Cross”, see a supervisor.

  • Date of birth is dd/mm/yyyy, NOT mm/dd/yyyy

  • Make sure it is correct.

  • Need previous address if at current address for less than 24 mths. (Play with 23 & 24 Mths to show the grey out)

  • Make sure that their address is 100% correct. Always assume that the address is wrong and fix it. Make sure you get unit/flat numbers and add. If you make a mistake “Where will the package going to be delivered” BE VERY CAREFUL HERE.

  • Everything in “RED” must be filled out.

  • Make sure you always do coverage check and Click the right option.

  • None(Cannot sell service), Carkit (Poor), Handheld (Excellent) .

  • Validate the page before clicking next.
