Application Form
Filling up the application form is one of the most important thing you have to learn. You have to listen very well to the customer and you have to make sure that every details you get is 100% correct. You have to get their personal details and their employment details. And after that you have to discuss them the plans and package they are about to receive. And the last page of the application form is the checklist, wherein, you are oblige to walk them through a brief recap of what you have discuss to them to make sure that the customer fully understands everything.
